Position: An Entrepreneurial Art Director and Natural Born Leader??
Location: Manhattan
Status: Full-time/Possible Freelance

Job Description:
Are you the perfect blend of concept, creativity and strategic development? Are you a team leader with a true drive for growth? Then this is the job for you!!!
Our client is a small shop who is currently growing and looking to add a Experience Design Team Leader to the mix.
You should have the ability to manager and mentor the design team, as well as foster client relations. You should have ability to run the show on planning, direction, design and a strategic approach with a go-getter mentality. You must be a great speaker and at ease with new business pitches and presentations. You must be a multi-tasker and able to act quickly under tight deadline and timelines.
Prior team management is a must! You should have 4+ years experience in media (broadcast and web). You should be Proficient in MS Office. You must truly understand user experience and making the greatest impact on your target audience.
